The Budget & Finance Office supports the President’s Cabinet and the annual planning process by providing impartial analyses and information that are used to inform central administration and departmental decision–making.
The Office acts in an advisory role to the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and the President in the allocation of campus operating budget funds totaling $135 million annually.

The Sponsored Programs & Grant Administration Office provides administration of the University's grants programs including all federal, state and private grant programs (excluding financial aid) and expertise regarding university, agency and regulatory requirements and policies to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Responsibilities include grant proposal review, overhead rate, budget, accounting, expenditure compliance review and reporting.
