Educational Leadership and Administration Position
The School of Education, University of Redlands, seeks applications for a 9-month, full-time, Assistant/Associate Professor tenure-track position. In this position the successful candidate will join a committed department of colleagues to facilitate the learning of a highly diverse community of students, serving a particularly robust community of first-generation students. The successful applicant will: (a) be a scholar of educational leadership and administration; (b) teach core or specialization courses in educational leadership and administration for master of arts and doctoral students; and (c) engage in efforts to support the success of our diverse students. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to support the social justice ethos of the School of Education faculty.

The newly formed Department of Leadership and Higher Education prepares students for careers in educational leadership and administration in both k-12 and in higher education through our higher education/students affairs and educational leadership/administration programs at MA and Ed.D. levels. Faculty in our department are productive researchers and/or experienced practitioners committed to meeting students where they are, providing opportunities for success, and working towards educational access and equity. We seek a dynamic, engaged colleague to join us in serving students, the university, and surrounding communities.
