STARTING SALARY RANGE: $11.00 per hour

DESCRIPTION: The Special Projects and Community Outreach Graduate Management Intern (GMI) will report to the Director and Associate Director of Community Service Learning (CSL) in all matters related to University service outreach and involvement related to the University. The GMI will supervise the Student Volunteer Center, as well as advise and coordinate service-related projects and programs for the University and off-campus community service activity course (CSAC 380) and possibly teach, or assist in teaching, a special topics course (CSAC 360) in Spring or May. Driving a University vehicle to transport students is an essential duty of the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and admission to the School of Education or School of Business graduate program at the University of Redlands is required. Selected candidate must possess a valid driver's license; a current DMV printout demonstrating a good driving record must be presented after offer of employment. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to public service, volunteer outreach and community engagement.
