Summer Cello Workshop

July 22 - 27, 2024

The Summer Cello Workshop (SCW) began in 2017 as a collaborative effort led by Lucy Cahuantzi, while in her second year of graduate studies at University of Redlands. SCW is a comprehensive 6 day music program for young cellists.  The schedule is filled with private lessons, monitored individual practice time, cello ensemble coaching sessions, cello orchestra rehearsals and daily performance classes.  The week culminates with Masterclasses and a Cello Extravaganza Concert of student cello quartets and cello orchestra.

Camp dates and times:

Summer Cello Workshop meets from 9:00am - 4:00pm daily with a finale concert. Participants will arrive at 10:00am for a dress rehearsal.

Who is eligible to register?
