Our Longest Running Trip!

The UK-Paris study abroad program provides the opportunity for participants to see how business is conducted in some of Europe’s most mature and integrated markets, and to consider the social, political, and economic effects of the 2016 “Brexit” vote.  Students visit a variety of international corporations as well as local businesses—some very old and others a relatively new presence in the market—to learn about business traditions and innovations in Europe. Additionally, students attend lectures on vital business topics conducted by some of Europe’s finest academics.

Our Newest Trip!

In May 2017, we introduced a new program visiting two of the most vibrant business regions in Southeast Asia. This program represented the least expensive of our four 2017 study abroad courses. We visited Bangkok, Thailand and stayed in the four star Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Hotel for a five-night stay. We toured the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Pho, Wat Benchamaborpit (the Marble Temple) and many other attractions and corporate site-visits.  We took a short flight to Taipei, Taiwan where we stayed at the four-star Riviera Taipei Hotel.  We spent time visiting cultural sites such as the National Chaing Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the National Palace Museum, Taroko Gorge, with the Eternal Spring Shrine and Swallow Grotto.   Our students experienced amazing corporate site visits throughout the trip.  Our students had a great time!

Wow—What a trip!

We have been to the Eastern and Western Mediterranean by cruise ship and it was so fun!  We traveled to Madrid, Barcelona, Naples, Florence and Pisa, Italy. We also stopped at Cannes, France, site of the world-famous film festival. During our Eastern trip we spent time Olympia Greece, the site of the ancient Olympic Games.  We also traveled to Athens, Izmir, Turkey on the coast of the eastern Mediterranean.  Day five and six were in Istanbul; Turkey’s economic, cultural and historical heart. In addition to the academic content delivered aboard ship, students had an opportunity to visit businesses in the Mediterranean region. The cruise experience was awesome!
