Campus Community Garden

The University of Redlands' Campus Community Garden is accessible from the north end of the Brockton complex at the University of Redlands campus and from 1310 E. Lugonia Ave. It is available to University of Redlands students, faculty, staff, university organizations, alumni and retirees. Community gardening offers opportunities to meet fellow Bulldogs knowledgeable of plants, gardening, and other organic principles while participating in hands-on planting and nurturing of their own plot in the community gardens. 

Garden Information:

Campus Community Garden offers two different sizes of raised garden beds, there are nine (9) 4' x 4' and nine (9) 4' x 8'  available to rent each season. The rental fee is $5 for a 4' x 4' and $10 for a 4' x 8' per season and there are three growing seasons. This fee can be waived is half your produce is donated to a local non-profit agency. 

The growing seasons are:

Spring: January 1 to April 30
Summer: May 1 to August 31
Fall: September 1 to December 31

All plots are available on a first-come, first-served basis with all applicants subject to approval. All fees are non-refundable.

Applications and release forms are also available in the SURF House Office. When a gardener turns in their application and pays their plot fee, SURF staff will assign a plot number.
