Undergraduate Loan Borrowing Statistics

This page provides a snapshot of borrowing statistics for the College of Arts and Sciences undergraduate population. This data is based on the students that graduated with a bachelor’s degree during the 2022-2023 academic year.

In the table below, “All Loan Types” includes the principal accumulated for any type of loan including, but not limited to, institutional loans, state loans, Federal Perkins Loans*, Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans, and private loans that were certified by the institution. The data is then broken down to show specific borrowing statistics for Federal Loans.

The Student Financial Services department works closely with students and parents to identify the best possible avenues for affording a Redlands education and encourages all parties to limit their borrowing.
