Professional Background

Professor Winick teaches Organizational Behavior, Organizational Consulting, Nonprofit Management and the capstone course (Strategy). While she has built academic programs, and served the University across various functions, she is recognized in the community and nationally for her work training university students to address challenges that organizations face. Professor Winick's teams have served over 70 organizations.
