About Ruijin

Ruijin Ma is a professor in geographic information science. Before joining the MS GIS faculty, he was a faculty member of the Civil Engineering Technology Department at SUNY Alfred State College. Ma specializes in image processing and remote sensing applications.

  • Ph.D., Surveying Engineering and Geodetic Science, Ohio State University

Professional Background

Ma's research interests include LiDAR data analysis and application, the photogrammetric process of high-resolution images, and web GIS application.
