We provide the following support:
- Maintain and support University-provided computers, mobile devices and peripherals
- Provide support for university-provided software
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, e-mail, on-site and walk-in traffic
- Coordinate and implement the deployment of computers that are on a 4-year refreshment cycle
- Install software and peripherals as requested
- Provide liaison support for all technical needs of the campus community
- Assistance with operating system, anti-virus, and anti-spyware updates and compliance
