Our Technology Specialists are available to provide IT support to students, faculty, and staff.

ITS Help and Support

We provide the following support:

  • Maintain and support University-provided computers, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Provide support for university-provided software
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, e-mail, on-site and walk-in traffic
  • Coordinate and implement the deployment of computers that are on a 4-year refreshment cycle
  • Install software and peripherals as requested
  • Provide liaison support for all technical needs of the campus community
  • Assistance with operating system, anti-virus, and anti-spyware updates and compliance
