Parking permit registration

This page features information about parking permit registration

Having your vehicle registered with Public Safety provides us with the information we need should it be necessary to contact you in the event your vehicle needs to be moved, if your vehicle has been damaged, burglarized, found with its headlights on, etc.

Permit Requirements

Students bringing a vehicle(s) to campus are required to register their vehicle(s) with the Department of Public Safety and obtain a current parking permit. Students are required to register their vehicles at the beginning of each new school year.

Online Parking Permit Registration

Student permits are valid for a period of one year only. A valid permit must be displayed when the vehicle is parked on campus. All University permits are free of charge. Please note: The University will not issue parking permit violations for expired or missing permits during the first two weeks of the school year to give everyone enough time to register their vehicles.

Vehicles that do not display a current parking permit and are parked on campus are subject to citation.

All University employees are required to register their vehicle(s) with the Department of Public Safety and obtain a current parking permit. Employee permits are valid for two years, employees should check their permit expiration date to ensure they are displaying a current permit.
