The Conservatory of Music offers a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Bachelor of Music in Music Education, Composition, or Performance, and Masters degrees in Performance, Composition, Pedagogy, Conducting, and an Artist Diploma.
Special events
The Conservatory of Music hosts over 200 recitals, concerts, and special events each year, including student and faculty recitals, large ensemble concerts, chamber music recitals, and guest artists. With a few exceptions, our performances are free and open to the public.

Ensemble opportunities
At Redlands you can perform in the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Orchestra, Chapel Singers, University Choir, Studio Jazz Band, Jazz Improv Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Guitar Ensembles, and Opera Theater Workshop. Our studio faculty are among the finest musicians and teachers in Southern California. The classes are small and your teachers will know you well, giving you an individualized education.
Kodály Center
The Kodály Center is under the philosophy and pedagogy of Zoltán Kodály will continue with Hungarian, American and international faculty, offering the Master of Music Kodály Pedagogy degree, Summer Certificate program, and Seminars in Advanced Kodály topics at the University of Redlands.
Community School of Music and the Arts (CSMA)
The Community School of Music and the Arts offers individual and group lessons, youth ensembles, and many other opportunities for musical growth. Whether you’re just beginning or more advanced, there is a place for everyone!
